Sorry. That might have seemed like some sort of threat... but really I'm talking about my weight. Four weeks ago today I re-introduced Weight Watchers into my everyday. I had been slowly slipping back into some of my bad habits over the last several months, stopped weighing myself, but knew I was feeling the pudge returning. Well, I stepped back on the scale & that was enough to remember why I need to follow the rules. The biggest thing for me is portion control. It's amazing how much better I felt just in the first few days. I'm more than thrilled to say that I'm officially 10# down already! Right now my goal is to lose another 10 & see how things look from there. Wish me luck!
such a rockstar! and selfishly, i have to say you are keeping me motivated, so thank you! ;) keep it up!

On a side note, if you're looking for another motivator down the road, check out:

He's a trainer that focuses on helping women/moms get back in shape. A friend from Wisconsin referred his site to me. I have some of his "Fit Moms for Life" videos and they're awesome...and now I would just do them regularly...
Good job! I'm really happy for you!!!
